5. Data Retention and Deletion

5.1 Retention Period

We only retain receipt numbers you choose to save under the “My Cases” tab.

• Receipt numbers remain stored until you delete them or close your account.
• Using the “USCIS” tab does not store receipt numbers unless you choose “Add to My Cases”.
• Receipt numbers queried in the “USCIS” tab without saving are not retained after the session ends.

5.2 Data Deletion

You have full control to delete receipt numbers saved under the “My Cases” tab.

• You may delete saved receipt numbers at any time from within the app.
• Deletion is immediate from our systems.
• If you close your account, all saved receipt numbers are deleted.

You may request permanent deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@migraconnect.us or by filling out the form at https://migraconnect.us/en/close-account. We will verify your request and delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate Company purposes. Any retained data will be securely deleted once such retention is no longer required.

5.3 Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that may compromise your personal information, we will notify you without undue delay via your registered email address or phone number and provide instructions on steps you may take to protect yourself.

6.1 No Sale of Information

By using the Service and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple, as part of our efforts to resolve refund requests.
