Welcome to MigraConnect (the "Website") and MigraConnect Case Tracker (the "Mobile Application"), collectively referred to as the "Service." This Service is operated by MigraConnect ("we," "our," or the "Company"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions or any part thereof, you must not use our Service.

2. Service Description

MigraConnect provides an automated monitoring service that verifies and notifies updates on:

• FOIA Requests
• Immigration Court Status

All information displayed in the Service comes from official public sources:

• United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
• United States Department of Justice (DOJ)
• Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR)

3. Service Limitations

It is important to understand the following limitations of our Service:

• Update Frequency: The Service checks for updates every 24 hours, except on weekends. However, updates are performed at scheduled intervals, so there may be a delay between an update from official sources and our notification. Additionally, unforeseen delays may occasionally extend the update time beyond the usual interval.

Additionally, changes in official sources may occur that are not detected by the service and, therefore, are not notified. 4. Service Usage

4.1 Account Registration

When registering for our Service:

• You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date

• You acknowledge that messaging and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan

• You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by updating your notification preferences in your account settings or by contacting us directly
• Opting out of SMS notifications may affect the delivery of certain Service aspects
• We reserve the right to limit or modify the frequency and content of SMS notifications to comply with applicable regulations or improve the Service
• SMS notifications will be sent only for Service-related purposes and not for marketing, unless you explicitly agree to receive such promotional communications

Technical device information is collected in a manner that cannot be linked to a specific person and is used exclusively to improve application functionality and resolve technical issues.
