Last updated: February 10, 2025
1. Introduction
Welcome to MigraConnect (the "Website") and MigraConnect Case Tracker (the "Mobile Application"), collectively referred to as the "Service." This Service is operated by MigraConnect ("we," "our," or the "Company"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions or any part thereof, you must not use our Service.
2. Service Description
MigraConnect provides an automated monitoring service that verifies and notifies updates on:
- USCIS Cases
- FOIA Requests
- Immigration Court Status
All information displayed in the Service comes from official public sources:
- United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
- United States Department of Justice (DOJ)
- Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR)
3. Service Limitations
It is important to understand the following limitations of our Service:
- Update Frequency: The Service checks for updates every 24 hours, except on weekends. However, updates are performed at scheduled intervals, so there may be a delay between an update from official sources and our notification. Additionally, unforeseen delays may occasionally extend the update time beyond the usual interval.
- Data Accuracy: While we strive to maintain accuracy, the information displayed is a reproduction of public sources and may contain errors or delays. Additionally, changes in official sources may occur that are not detected by the service and, therefore, are not notified. We will not be responsible for omissions, undetected updates, or any consequences arising from the use of the provided information.
- Service Availability: We do not guarantee a specific uptime for the Service, although we strive to maintain high availability. We reserve the right to discontinue the Service and stop alerts at any time. In such a case, users may request a prorated refund for the remaining time on their subscription if they wish.
- Notifications: The notification service depends on various external factors (device connectivity, system settings, etc.) and we cannot guarantee immediate delivery of all notifications.
